Aiden Wood my brothers son is in the hospital he was air lifted to devos childrens hospital late sunday night the whole family is down there pitching in support

he started having seizures and then he stoped breathing he is patially breathing on his own he has damaged rettina's behind both eyes and blood on the front and back of his brain right now he is in acoma like state
|

doctors are saying he might be blind for the rest of his life and they dont know if his brain will continue to develop or not

i really feel bad to hear anyone is having such terrible health problems but it's worse to hear about a kid having such serious problems . i sure hope he's gonna be okay . ted

this is the wood family from winston and thunderbird
it is my oldest sons baby boy he is 3 months old he is in stable right now all i can say for now thanks for the prayers and yes i have computer here at devos childrens hospital with me thanks for the prayers and thoughts i will update more as i know

i would like to thank the gentlemen from hoeker racing in grand rapids for bringing me to your shop and talk racing and getting my mind off the things here. you have a nice facility and that 1/2 hour i spent there was just what i needed thanks again tim you guys are awsome and good luck this season

I am a friend of Ashkeys (the babies mother) and when i heard about what had happened i wasdevastated. could you please tell her if there is anything i can do for her (ashley may) to please call ......and on behalf of the may/gunslinger racing family we hope everything works out well for both the baby and his parents...i know they are going through alot more than a young couple should

the prayers and thought have worked the baby is out of the icu and in a now in a regular room at devos childrens hospital ,hoping to have him home soon again thanks all it was really appreciated

hay unc i was just up their the other day and he looks alot better than he did last week so hopefully he comes home soon and im probly going to stop by their tomarrow when i go pick up my son
